EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION: MISAEL ZAPIEN
People are what bring Enfield together and make these concrete structures happen. We value long-standing employees for two reasons. One, an experienced employee trained within your company performs more efficiently and productively. Two, we must be doing something right to retain such great people.
One of our longest-standing employees is Misael. He has been with Enfield for almost four years and has developed dramatically in his role within our company.
When Misael first joined Enfield, he started as a carpenter working under our site foreman. Since then, he’s learned at an accelerated pace and steadily taken on more and more responsibility. He is now in charge of coordinating workforce, scheduling, maintenance and other operational tasks, such as coordinating changes to drawings and sequencing these changes to our field team.
With his unmistakable smile and a great attitude, Misael also exemplifies our culture and leads by example. If you see him out on the jobsite, we are sure you’ll undoubtedly agree!
