NELL’S PLACE: NEW PROJECT ALERT
We start construction on a mixed-use parkade for Placemaker Developments in August 2022. We anticipate construction completion in late October 2022.
Nell’s Place is unique to many other projects we’ve constructed because all livable units are for rental. The building contains nine townhomes and 38 apartments. Four live-work spaces and three commercial areas are also available for future tenants. The project is diverse regarding its final users and will be a versatile asset for the neighbourhood. The building is sizable with five storeys of mixed space and 1 level or parkade to accomplish all this. The 1-level parkade is an excellent fit for our Manitou rotating telehandler. We hope to keep catching the summer weather to speed this parkade up further.
