INTRODUCING PODIUM: ENFIELD’S NEWEST PROJECT IN MAPLE RIDGE
At Enfield Formwork, we take pride in delivering exceptional concrete structures that shape the urban landscape and create remarkable living spaces. We are thrilled to announce our latest project, PODIUM, a stunning 125-unit apartment complex with a two-level parkade situated in the thriving community of Maple Ridge. Working in collaboration with the esteemed developer, Whitetail Homes Group, we are excited to begin this project.
We expect the concrete formwork duration of the project to start in early summer and complete by late fall 2023. Due to the large footprint of the project, we will be using our rotating telehandler in conjunction with a tower crane to assist with moving material around this parkade.
PODIUM’s strategic location in Maple Ridge offers residents the best of both worlds – a serene neighbourhood setting and proximity to a wide range of amenities. This development is conveniently situated near transportation hubs, shopping centers, and recreational facilities, ensuring easy access to all necessities and vibrant social life.
