ENFIELD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: ICON, Podium, Nell’s Place and Grace / Westside
Enfield is firing on all cylinders as we move through the summer of 2023. Our ongoing projects include ICON, Podium, and the finishing of Grace / Westside and Nell’s Place.
ICON is our 98-unit building in Langley with developer Whitetail Homes. It is in the later stages of construction, with the concrete set to be substantially complete in September. Enfield has worked closely with the other trades onsite to push this project toward a speedy parkade completion.
PODIUM is our 125-unit apartment project in Maple Ridge, again with Whitetail Homes. This project is in its earlier stages of concrete, with all the slab on grade poured and us working on the first suspended slab pour. Podium is a massive spread-out parkade and is one of Enfield’s biggest projects to date.
Grace / Westside is a 43-townhome development in Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth neighbourhood. Nell’s Place comprises of nine townhomes and 38 apartments. We are finishing the final touches on these and are substantially complete at both.
