ENFIELD’S ACQUIRES NEW TSAWWASSEN CONTRACT FOR EXECUTIVE GROUP DEVELOPMENT’S “WEST COAST ESTATES”
Enfield Formwork is pleased to announce their successful award of the formwork scope for all three apartments of Executive Group Development’s “West Coast Estates”. Situated in the quiet yet accessible oceanside town of Tsawwassen, we love the look and location of these homes and look forward to contributing to their completion for new homeowners!
This development comprises of three 4-storey apartments, for a total of 127 units. All these buildings sit atop a roughly 64,000 square foot 1-storey parkade.
We start this project any day now (October 2023).
