Enfield Formwork “Under Construction” Highlight

Enfield Formwork is currently making significant strides on multiple parkades throughout the Lower Mainland and GVRD. While Enfield has a total of four parkades under construction, we wanted to highlight two of these which remain unannounced, Hawthorne and Spires Rd.

Hawthorne is a development located in Port Coquitlam and spearheaded by Otivo, a developer known for creating vibrant and stylish residential communities. Designed to offer contemporary living spaces, Hawthorne promises to be a cornerstone for those seeking a blend of modern amenities and comfortable suburban life. Enfield Formwork is constructing the parkade that will provide ample parking space for future residents, supporting the foundation of this thriving new neighbourhood.

This project started in early September 2024, and is set to finish November 2024. It contains approximately 20,000 square feet of parkade space.

Simultaneously, Enfield Formwork is hard at work at the Spires Rd development in Richmond. This new residential complex, led by Topstream Group, is set to bring a modern touch to Richmond’s landscape. Featuring a collection of thoughtfully designed homes, Spires Rd aims to provide residents with a unique and convenient urban lifestyle. As with all their projects, the company’s experienced team ensures that safety, quality, and efficiency are at the forefront of their construction efforts.

This project started in early September 2024, and is set to finish in November 2024. The parkade covers approximately 21,000 square feet.

These two projects coupled with the ongoing construction of both “Silver + Cedar” and “Florence on Fraser” consecutively, demonstrate Enfield Formwork’s ability to handle multiple apartment parkades, while still setting and maintaining aggressive schedules on the job site.
