Reflecting on Two Recently Completed Parkade Projects: Rowan and Fraser Manse

At Enfield Formwork, we’re proud to see the results of our hard work come to life. Recently, we wrapped up two exciting concrete parkade projects for apartment developments in the Lower Mainland – one in Langley and the other in Surrey. Both projects were a testament to our team’s dedication, craftsmanship, and ability to deliver on time and within scope.

Working with Penmat on their Rowan project in Langley was an incredible experience. This project kicked off in mid-February and spanned 100,000 square feet of concrete formwork for a large-scale parkade. Despite the challenges of working through unpredictable winter weather, we remained committed to staying on schedule and achieving top-quality results.

For the Fraser Manse project, we partnered with the Manse Group to create a 40,000-square-foot parkade for their new apartment building in Surrey. This project was more compact but equally challenging, requiring precision and efficiency to meet the developer’s expectations.

We started construction in May, and by September, the parkade was fully completed – right on schedule. The Fraser Manse development is already making its mark, and we’re proud to have played a part in this community-oriented project.
