Enfield Formwork Awarded Two Major Multi-Family Projects in Langley
We’re excited to share some great news — Enfield Formwork has been awarded two new concrete formwork contracts in Langley, BC, further expanding our presence in one of the fastest-growing regions of the Lower Mainland.
Numbers – 132-Unit Rental Community
The first of these projects, Numbers, is a purpose-built 132-unit rental development located in the heart of Langley. Excavation began in May 2025, and the project is slated for completion in Winter 2026. Numbers is designed to meet the increasing demand for high-quality rental housing in the region, and we’re proud to play a key role in bringing this much-needed development to life.
With a commitment to efficient timelines and strong site coordination, our team is focused on delivering the same high standards that have become synonymous with the Enfield Formwork name.
Elijah by Whitetail Homes – 180 Units of Modern Living
Our second new contract is Elijah, a stunning 180-unit condominium project by Whitetail Homes, also located in Langley. Elijah blends urban convenience with elevated design, offering future homeowners contemporary interiors, rooftop patios, and a central location near Langley’s upcoming SkyTrain station.
As the concrete formwork contractor, Enfield Formwork will be supporting Whitetail’s vision by executing the foundation and structural framework that will set the stage for this modern residential development. We’re excited to once again be collaborating on a Whitetail project, bringing their vision to reality with the precision and reliability that define our work.
