Completion
of “Spires Gate”
It is bittersweet as Enfield approaches the completion of our “Spires Gate” project in Richmond, BC. Although we are always glad to lead a project through to a successful ending, we will miss the team we worked with here.
This project mobilized in July of 2020, during a time when COVID-19 was still relatively new and unknown. Completing a project in the middle of a pandemic was no easy task, but we appreciated the level of care and focus on safety that our developer (Alabaster Homes) emphasized. Alabaster Homes was quick to enforce masks, promote social distancing between workers / teams, and provided an excellent hand wash station at the site entrance. Their team set an excellent example for all the subcontractors on site. We loved working with them and hope that we can work together on future projects.
“Spires Gate” is an attractive development in the heart of Richmond, BC, and consists of 64 townhomes built upon a one level parkade. See the link here for the beautiful development webpage.
