Enfield Formwork specializes in constructing multi-family residential formwork. Multi-family parkades are where we perform best. This specialization allows us to complete these projects with exceptional quality and efficiency, while remaining competitive in our field.

We employ a number of technologies to our advantage:
Our rotating forklift (Manitou) gives us a light and manoeuvrable system to move and install our form panels. Our robotic total station provides a way to quickly and accurately mark out footing locations. Our Faresin panel system allows us to both place and strip our form efficiently.

ManitoU
Our Manitou is a rotating telehandler which we use to move form panels and equipment throughout the site. The advantage of the Manitou is its ability to be both mobile and stationary. Unlike a typical forklift, the rotating boom is able to pick up formwork panels from one side of the site and rotate to the opposing side. Unlike a crane, the Manitou is able to lift its stabilizers and drive to any other area on the site. It is invaluable on large sites where more than one crane is necessary. It also avoids the high cost of mobilizing and running cranes, while still offering many of a crane’s benefits.
FARESIN PANEL SYSTEM
We use the Faresin form panel system, a modular steel system that allows us to build custom walls with little to no waste in a much shorter period of time than typical systems. The system is engineered for safety, strength and speed.
Robotic Total Station
Our total station gives the Enfield team the utmost accuracy when we layout our foundations. Once the base is set up, we can use the rod to layout points 50% faster than traditional methods, and with a single person. This guarantees precision in our layout, and it’s efficient, too. It even makes excavation work easier for other contractors we work alongside. The total station is yet another way our clients can benefit from our technology solutions.
